The market shrugged off jitters about turmoil in the Middle East and Japan's nuclear issues. Traders spent most of the day and the previous session on the sidelines, unwilling to place any big bets as global concerns linger. But with a lack of any significant developments, investors began to tiptoe their way back into the market late Wednesday afternoon. The trading volume has remained light. Adobe was the biggest decliner. Shares sank 3.7% after the software maker lowered its Q2 earnings forecast, saying the earthquake and tsunami in Japan will curb sales. Jabil Circuit's beat forecats and jumped almost 11%.
