Lacking catalysts

Stocks tumbled Wednesday following a report that consumer borrowing fell. A stronger dollar also stymied buying. The market needs a catalyst to get investors to buy at these levels. Large traders remain in a "wait-and-see" pattern. UBS raised their Advanced Micro target to $13 from $12. Research in Motion released new software development tools. The QQQQ implied volatility inched higher.
